BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency carries out the 2024 Bureaucratic Reform Activity every Friday morning called "Spirit Friday". The idea of the 2024 Bureaucratic Reform Change Management Pillar by the Change Ambassador of BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency is implemented through Spirit Friday which is divided into 2 activities, namely Sports Spirit and Spiritual Spirit. Sports Spirit is carried out every even Friday, while Spiritual Spirit is carried out every odd Friday.

The activities carried out in Sports Spirit are attended by all BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency employees to jointly carry out physical activities that refresh the body and improve physical fitness. This activity aims to foster a spirit of togetherness and strengthen physical health so that they can carry out daily activities with more energy, in the form of jagi walking, table tennis, etc. Meanwhile, in the Spiritual Spirit session, BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency employees take their morning time to reflect and deepen their spirituality through activities that build peace of mind and strengthen faith. This activity aims to create a calmer and more grateful inner atmosphere by reading the Quran together.

With the Friday Spirit, it is hoped that all employees of BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency can live the day more positively, both physically and spiritually, and make Friday a day to start a new step that is healthier and full of enthusiasm.
