Abstract

The Bengkulu Province Human Development Index (HDI) in 2021 reached 71.64, an increase of 0.24 points (0.34 percent) compared to the previous year's achievement (71.40). During 2010-2021, Bengkulu Province HDI increased on average by 0.84 percent per year. The increase in HDI 2021 occurs in all dimensions, both long life and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. This is different from the increase in HDI 2020 which is only supported by an increase in the dimensions of longevity and healthy living and the dimensions of knowledge, while the dimensions of decent living standards have decreased.
