Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Bengkulu Province in July 2019 recorded 66.96 percent, up 7.98 points compared to the TPK of hotels in June 2019 which was recorded at 58.98 percent. When compared to the same month in 2018, the ROR of star-rated hotels rose by 1.88 points.
The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star-rated hotels in Bengkulu Province in July 2019 was recorded at 1.72 days, down 0.02 points compared to the RLMT of hotels in June 2019 which was recorded at 1.74 days. When compared to the same month in 2018, RLMT starred hotels rose by 0.16 points.
Of the 10 provinces in Sumatra Island, with the ROR for star-rated hotels by 66.96 percent, Bengkulu Province ranks first with the highest ROR in Sumatra. The second-highest TPK for Starred Hotels is Lampung Province with a magnitude of 59.42 percent. While the lowest TPK in Sumatra in July 2019 was the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, which was 34.76 percent.
