Sahur on The Road

n order to commemorate the holy month of Ramadan, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Bengkulu Regency held a Sahur On The Road (SOTR) activity as part of the Change Management RAMAH (Ramadhan Seramah, Mengaji, Berbagi Berkah) program. This activity aims to share happiness and concern for people in need around Central Bengkulu Regency.

The SOTR activity which was carried out on Saturday morning involved male employees of the Central Bengkulu Regency BPS who went around to several points in the Central Bengkulu Regency area. They distributed sahur packages to the underprivileged, night workers, and travelers who were still on the road when the sahur time arrived.

The Head of the Central Bengkulu Regency BPS, Mr. Cornelius, said that this activity was a form of social concern as well as strengthening togetherness in this blessed month.

This RAMAH activity is not just about sharing food, but also inviting all parties to care more about each other, especially in the month of Ramadan which is full of mercy and blessings. Hopefully, with Sahur On The Road, BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency hopes to spread the spirit of sharing and caring, and strengthen the values ​​of togetherness in society.
