Kegiatan Reformasi Birokrasi "Semangat Aparatur Briefing Pagi"

Serabi (Semangat Aparatur Briefing Pagi) is a Bureaucratic Reform activity program of BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency, the pillar of Change Management initiated by the Change Ambassador of BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency 2024. Serabi activities are held every Monday morning at 07.30 sharp, as a forum for briefing activities that will be carried out for the next week, as well as evaluation of the implementation of activities that have been completed.

This activity aims to strengthen coordination and increase the work spirit of all apparatus at BPS Bengkulu Tengah Regency. In this relaxed but meaningful event, each unit was given the opportunity to convey their work plans and challenges, while receiving input and solutions from colleagues in the same work unit. By implementing Serabi, it is hoped that more solid cooperation and more effective communication between apparatus will be created, in order to support the smooth implementation of future tasks.
